Terms of Service

Eligibility

You must meet the minimum legal age required in your country to use a social networking service such as SNAFETLY.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed through it.

You must not impersonate another person or use SNAFETLY for deceptive, fraudulent or abusive purposes.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create and upload to SNAFETLY.

By uploading content, you give SNAFETLY the rights reasonably necessary to host, store, process, display and distribute that content as required to provide the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to share the content you upload.

Prohibited content and conduct

You may not use SNAFETLY to engage in or distribute content involving:

• child sexual exploitation or abuse;
• non-consensual intimate content;
• credible threats or serious violence;
• terrorism or violent extremism;
• hate or targeted dehumanization;
• harassment, bullying or stalking;
• doxxing or malicious disclosure of private information;
• scams, fraud or deceptive activity;
• spam or malicious automation;
• illegal activity;
• intellectual-property infringement;
• malware, exploitation or attempts to compromise SNAFETLY, its infrastructure or other users.

Moderation

SNAFETLY may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts or permanently terminate accounts when necessary to enforce these Terms, our Community Guidelines or applicable law.

Reporting and blocking

SNAFETLY provides tools that allow users to report content and block other users.

Reports should be submitted honestly and in good faith.

Direct messages

Direct messages must not be used for threats, harassment, scams, spam or illegal activity.

PULSE

PULSE may organize, rank or summarize information obtained from public external sources.

Events and information can change quickly. When accuracy is especially important, users should consult the original source or another authoritative source.

Service availability

SNAFETLY may change, update or temporarily interrupt parts of the service.

We cannot guarantee that the service will always operate without interruptions, errors or temporary outages.

Account deletion

You may permanently delete your SNAFETLY account using the account deletion feature available in the application.

Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as SNAFETLY evolves, new features are introduced or legal requirements change.
