Delete your account
You can permanently delete your SNAFETLY account directly from the app. If you cannot access the app, you can contact SNAFETLY Support to request account deletion.
Delete your account in SNAFETLY
The fastest way to delete your account is directly from the SNAFETLY application.
Sign in to the account you want to permanently delete.
Go to your profile and open the account settings.
Select the account deletion option and review the confirmation.
Confirm that you want your SNAFETLY account permanently deleted.
Once deletion is completed, you may lose access to your account, profile and associated content. Make sure you really want to delete the account before confirming.
What is deleted
Account deletion is designed to remove information associated with your SNAFETLY account, including applicable:
- account and profile information;
- profile photo and uploaded account media;
- posts and uploaded content;
- Moments;
- follows, likes and saves;
- comments and replies;
- direct-message account associations;
- notification tokens and account-related service information.
Limited retention
Some limited information may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, fraud or abuse prevention, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or temporary technical backup rotation.
Information that is no longer associated with an identifiable account may also remain in aggregated or de-identified form.
Can't access the app?
If you cannot access your SNAFETLY account or the account deletion feature, you may contact us and request deletion.
To protect accounts from unauthorized deletion, we may need to verify that you control the account before processing the request.
Request account deletion
Email SNAFETLY Support from the email address associated with your account whenever possible. Include your SNAFETLY username and state that you want your account permanently deleted.
support@snafetly.comNever send your password by email. SNAFETLY Support does not need your password to process a deletion request.
