Safety

Content or behavior that creates a serious risk of harm is not allowed.

• credible threats of violence;
• encouragement or coordination of serious violence;
• content promoting terrorism or violent extremism;
• instructions intended to facilitate serious harm or illegal violence.

Child safety

SNAFETLY has zero tolerance for child sexual exploitation or abuse.

This includes:

• sexual content involving minors;
• grooming or sexual solicitation of minors;
• sexual exploitation or trafficking involving minors;
• sharing or requesting child sexual abuse material.

Harassment and bullying

Do not use SNAFETLY to repeatedly target, intimidate, humiliate or threaten another person.

This includes:

• targeted harassment;
• stalking;
• coordinated abuse;
• repeated unwanted contact;
• malicious disclosure of private information.

Hate and dehumanization

Do not attack or dehumanize people based on protected characteristics.

This includes content that promotes hatred, exclusion or violence against people because of characteristics such as race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, gender or sexual orientation.

Sexual exploitation and intimate content

Do not post or distribute:

• non-consensual intimate imagery;
• sexual exploitation material;
• content obtained through coercion or abuse;
• sexual content involving minors.

Privacy

Respect other people's personal information.

Do not maliciously publish or distribute sensitive private information such as private addresses, financial details, authentication credentials or other information intended to enable harassment, fraud or physical harm.

Fraud, scams and deception

Do not use SNAFETLY to deceive people for money, access, personal information or other benefits.

• phishing;
• financial scams;
• impersonation intended to deceive;
• fraudulent promotions;
• malicious links;
• attempts to steal accounts or credentials.

Spam and platform manipulation

Do not interfere with the normal operation of the community through spam or abusive automation.

Examples include:

• mass repetitive posting;
• automated engagement intended to manipulate metrics;
• unsolicited repetitive messages;
• coordinated fake accounts;
• attempts to artificially manipulate discovery or PULSE.

Illegal activity

SNAFETLY must not be used to facilitate unlawful activity.

We may remove content or restrict accounts when necessary to comply with applicable law or respond to valid legal requirements.

Intellectual property

Only upload content that you have the right to share.

Do not knowingly infringe copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual-property rights.

Platform security

Do not attempt to compromise SNAFETLY or other users.

• malware;
• credential theft;
• exploitation of security vulnerabilities;
• unauthorized access attempts;
• intentional disruption of SNAFETLY services.

Reporting content

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these guidelines, use the reporting tools available inside SNAFETLY.

Users can also block accounts they do not want to interact with.

Reports should be submitted honestly and in good faith.

Enforcement

Depending on the severity, context and history of violations, SNAFETLY may:

• remove content;
• reduce access to certain features;
• temporarily suspend an account;
• permanently terminate an account;
• preserve or disclose information when legally required.

Changes to these Guidelines

These Community Guidelines may change as SNAFETLY grows, new features are introduced or safety requirements evolve.
